We helped the Client participate in tenders related to energy resources (electricity and gas supply), supply of sea boats and equipment for them, and subcontracting works for landscaping the city territory, etc.
During participation in public procurement, the company’s lawyers defended the rights and interests of the client in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) when considering complaints.
During the bidding process, the company’s lawyers prepared complaints to the AMCU to challenge the illegal actions of the bidding organizer, who created artificial conditions for “their” participant.
As a result of the consideration of the complaints, the Client’s rights were restored: after the lawyers submitted the complaint to the AMCU, and it was satisfied, the Organizer was forced to exclude non-competitive provisions from the tender documentation, which allowed our client to participate in the tender.
The company’s lawyers also successfully advise clients on the preparation of tender documentation, including preventing non-competitive or corrupt conditions, as well as developing and implementing anti-corruption policies for the bidding organizer.
