Protection of the Client’s interests in a dispute with the customs authority.

During the process of submitting Customs Declarations for importing products into Ukraine, the Customs Authorities made corrections to the customs value of goods for over 30 Declarations, resulting in a total amount of over 15,000,000.00 UAH.

Our client disagreed with the decisions made by the Customs Authorities, and our team filed an administrative lawsuit to declare these decisions as unlawful and invalid.

After the court hearing, all decisions made by the Customs Authorities were deemed unlawful and cancelled.

The first and appellate courts agreed with the arguments presented by the lawyers of the Alpha-Legal company, stating that the challenged decisions of the Customs Authorities did not comply with legal norms, were made with violations of deadlines, and did not contain any proper justification for disputing the customs value of the imported goods declared by the client. As a result, our client was refunded all overpaid amounts.
