Bogdan has been a lawyer in Ukraine since 2003. He has extensive experience in corporate law and tax planning, and is an expert in maritime, medical, and IT law
In addition, he consults medical institutions in Kyiv and Odessa, and is a legal advisor for several IT projects, including the crypto industry. He also has experience in management as the head of the legal department of a holding company for metallurgical enterprises in Ukraine, as well as in government agencies and maritime companies
Bogdan successfully handles numerous complex cases and defends clients’ interests. Among the projects successfully carried out by Bogdan Yegorov are the reinstatement of the director of the State Enterprise of Maritime Industry of Ukraine, the support of a tender for the purchase of a vessel worth over UAH 100 million, and the support of a natural gas supply agreement worth over UAH 1 billion
In addition, he successfully supported projects for the creation of medical institutions and obtaining licenses for medical activities, the creation of private higher education institutions and obtaining licenses for educational activities
Bogdan Yegorov also successfully supported the creation and operation of a crypto exchange registered in Scotland and obtained an e-license in Estonia, as well as the opening of accounts for cryptocurrency payments in a European bank
Bogdan has repeatedly been awarded with acknowledgements from the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine
In 2020, Bogdan was awarded an honorary award by the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine
In 2021, he was awarded the breastplate “Defender of the bar of Ukraine”
