The law company “Alpha-Legal” defended the rights of a Client who purchased problematic real estate of a liquidated bank at auctions organized by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF).
The firm’s lawyers accompanied the Client from document preparation for participation in auctions to obtaining property ownership rights for the real estate.
As part of the project, the firm’s lawyers obtained positive court decisions in favor of the Client in cases initiated by other auction participants and persons associated with the liquidated bank.
Several cases were aimed at recognizing auctions as illegal and canceling auction results, and one of the cases was initiated to challenge the bank’s liquidation procedure by a shareholder.
The firm’s lawyers, together with the DGF and the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), defended in court the position of the legality of auctions and the bank’s liquidation procedure in order to protect the interests of the Client.
Our lawyers legally lobbied and resolved the issue of lifting all encumbrances imposed on the building, including mortgages of the NBU, arrests by the State Executive Service.
As a result of the services provided, the Client acquired a commercial building with an area of over 1500 sq.m. in one of the prestigious areas of Kyiv.
